Returns:

{‘lvl1’, ‘lvl2’, ‘energy’, ‘cross’, ‘ref’} : dict

Energy (in Rydbergs) and cross section (in \(\mathrm{cm}^{-2}\))

Notes

The photox files are not in any released version of the CHIANTI database.
